1 E-PORTFOLIO CONFIGURATION

To configure your E-portfolio enter Central Administration>Application Management>E-Portfolio Configuration.

· create a site collection which is used as a host for e-portfolios.

To do this enter Create Host.

 

Fill in the necessary fields as required.

Click OK. To cancel changes click Cancel.

 

· configure External Access to be able to send invitations for external users.

To do this enter External Access

Fill in the necessary fields as required.

Click OK. To cancel changes click Cancel.

 

E-portfolio menu item is created in the Welcome Menu. On clicking My E-portfolio you are redirected to the website of the current user. If the website doesn’t exist, it’ll be created automatically.
